A South Korean research team revealed Monday that the subject of 'acid Allageg' anti-oxidants found in strawberry prevent wrinkle skin caused by ultraviolet radiation.
The news agency quoted 'Yonhap' the team led by Kang Yong is in the Department of Food and Nutrition, University of Han Rim that the test mice and human skin cells, and make sure that the development of acid on the skin prevents Allageg Tdjadha by preventing the crash of collagen and prevent infection.
The Group presented this result at a meeting of the Nutrition Society of America recently held in the city of New Orleans, Louisiana in the United States recently.
